Not less than a Masterpiece
I had already gone through some of the books by Vasant Lad ji on Ayurveda...but this masterpiece amazed me from every angle,every concept is explained with utmost clarity, understanding and after experimented in real life ...kudos to u mam Strongly recommended for ayurveda and wellness enthusiasts..

Great way to understand your mind and body
2023 There was a thought on my mind. The entire universe is made up of same elements we see every day. Even the biggest star in our galaxy and the our nearby mall contains the same elements in a molecular level. So if you think, its all same. We all are experiencing the same thing with different perspectives . We are part of a larger scheme.Us and the universe are not two different things. Once you accept that, you will realise that its not always about you and your mind suddenly feels the calmness. You will start syncing with the vibrations of the nature. You will start enjoying the little things in your day to day life. To start experiencing these connections, first you should be able to keep your mind clean and clear. You should also need to have a better understanding about your mind and body and how it can effect our overall progress… Dimple’s book “Heal your gut, Mind & Emotions” will show you different paths ahead which you where unknowingly searching for a long time. It helped me connect many dots in my mind and understand the underlying real meaning. I hope it helps another million people to achieve physical, mental and emotional well-being. 2025 But don’t believe everything in the book. After attending their sessions I realised they are trying to commercialise and make a profit out of it. You can’t learn ayurveda from a textbook and please stop giving advice to people without proper understanding. In kerala we say “ Muri vaydyan aale kollum” in short “half doctor will kill the patient”.

What modern science doesn't tell you!
I read about ayurveda as it relates to other parts of life rather than food. However, this book really highlights how certain combinations of foods could be toxic to our bodies and doing a disservice. In reading this book, I do believe modern science and ayurveda can & should co-exist. This is a great book for anyone who wants to balance their bodies and feel better from inside out.

This book is such a great treasure trove of insightful Ayurvedic way of living. I really found it very useful and inspiring. I have made a lot of changes in my life after reading this and it has made a great deal of difference in my life. The author is very passionate and devoted to bringing out Ayurvedic principles of living to the layman. Wishing Good luck to her in her future endeavours.

So many great take aways . Your book is like a free Ayurvedic consultation with remedies , gentle nudges in adopting better practices , love &, gratitude. References such as ‘gut instinct’ , ‘theatrical production’ added humour as well as just …Spot on! The vulnerability & gratitude of your journey with such authenticity stayed consistent till close. The best part is coming out a WINNER! So much that resonated with me , small practices I’m adopting daily & mindset shifts . Thank you for sharing your journey & Ayurvedic knowledge with the world . I now have a new morning & evening mantra : I place my hand on my heart & say : May every thought, action, word, deed that comes out of me be filled with kindness, compassion, forgiveness, empathy & love . ( pg. 180) This is beautiful. Thank you ! In closing , each chapter is filled with such great information, I do have a favourite 😊chapters : 9 & 11. I have many notes & as you said “it can get overwhelming”, come back to it . I do just that , I go back to pages & reference as I need . Thank you for writing this book Dr. Dimple Jangda .
