How strong would you say this fan can be?

Difficult to say. It would be efficient in a small room. In the very hot weather recently I have used it on the lowest level, directed at me from 2 yards away which has been very refreshing. However I don't think it did much for the rest of the room. Hope this is of some help. M.

Does it come apart to clean as fans can pick up alot of dust

Yes. There is 4 screws on the back. You will need a Phillips head screw driver but I would be careful when wiping the blades has the motor sits directly behind the fan blades

Do I need a screwdriver to assemble? IS it easy to assemble?

No tools are needed as the fan is fully assembled, you will only need tools if you choose to mount the fan on a wall.
