I love this pizza steel! I like to make homemade pizza and this makes the crust perfectly crispy on the bottom and bubbly! It is smaller than I thought it would be, but I just make smaller pizzas. I would not be able to get a bigger one because it is so heavy! I just leave it in the oven and wipe it down inside of the oven.

It really helps crisp pizza crust. I just leave it in the oven. I would buy the largest one you can afford. It's better than a stone, it won't break or crack.

Not sure what they coated this steel with and they're not saying in the product description. Around the thumb hole and on one corner (maybe the full steel?), a coating was applied that doesn't seem to be the food-grade flax, avocado, canola, peanut etc. oil that folks use to season carbon steel. The video shows a bubble in the surface coating. It was springy and flexible and could be pulled off - imagine a paint bubble. What it definitely didn't do was flake - like polymerized oil seasoning.This steel is not ok for food use in my house. But you do you.

J ai utiliser vevor pierre a pizza j ai fait une pizza au top très contente de mon achat et la qualité de la pierre a pizza. Je recommande cette pierre a pizza car la cuisson est uniforme. Le prix de la pierre a pizza est correct. Moi quand je l'ai commander j ai pris soins de mesurer les dimensions de mon four. Trop contente. Mon mari c est régaler de la pizza que j ai faite avec la pierre a pizza.

Solid product (no pun intended). Seems like it will last a long time.
