THE POTS AND PANS ARE HEAVYISH AND THE HANDLES GET HOT SO YOU NEED SLIP ON COVERS. BUT the pans tri-ply may be a little heavier than my old non tri-ply but they heat even and can be put in the oven. The cooking surface clean every easy. The tri-ply also holds the heat well which means you can cook on a lower flame and on some things finish faster. You will need to get use to them but then you have to do that with any new cookware. I like them a lot.

It was time to replace my former Teflon coated pans to something safer. I thought this was a great set with a variety of the most common sizes. Clean up is so easy and they are dishwasher safe, unlike so many others. The glass lids allow you to keep an eye on things during cooking. A downside for me is not being able to use spray oil. It feel like I get better coverage with that instead of try to spread a teaspoon of oil over a non-stick surface. So far I have not had any sticky residue like my older teflon pans. I will be buying a few more in other sizes, too.

We love them so far. They are heavy and seem pretty durable. The only thing we dont love is we have to wash and dry right away otherwise if we let air dry then they get water spots. I even love that the inside of the pots are glittery (my favorite part).

Overall I am pleased with these pans. I like the stainless steel and I'm hoping that the non-stick interiors hold up. Would have liked the handles to have some sort of heat proof grip on them that could sustain high heat. Even removable grips for if you wanted to put them in the oven would be better than what they have

I'm loving my new pans thus far. I will have to use a cast iron pan when to sear meats but these work well for general cooking. Clean-up is sooo easy!
