Bought these lights Dec 2022 as a spare set, didn't use them at all until Christmas 2023. They worked until Boxing Day, then flickered and went off. No sign of any blown bulbs, checked the plug fuse which was fine. Have now checked all 140 bulbs with no obvious sign of any problem but still it doesn't work. Perhaps it is the controller but impossible to know; We thought that buying a well know make (Konstsmide) was the best option - obviously not (especially when found it was manufactured in China). A complete waste of money .... extremely disappointed.

Pros: 8 functions. Fantastic quality, very sturdy, heavy cabling. Very bright, 4 colours: red, yellow, blue, green. Great packaging. Worth the price. Cons: I sent them back however as it contains no pink bulbs therefore not the traditional, old-fashioned retro fairy lights I was looking for. If you like the colours, great buy.

I chose these lights for their retro affect and certainly don't disappoint. Yes , you have to put them up extremely carefully as the bulbs are delicate. Very pleased with them although would have liked them at the reduced price they are today. They remind me of childhood christmases. Coloured lights make a refreshing change from the soft white lights. After a year of lockdown, I felt we needed colour in our livessels Softer than the ghastly LED lights.

These Lights are very well built and made properly with the right wiring techniques for the lights specifically as there is a controller box with 5 wires for the lights as opposed to the new crap standard 3, I have been looking all over amazon for these and I've finally found them, I hope more come in stock soon as these are built really well.

Recieved today but not as colourful as image suggests - only 4 colours, red, green blue and yellow. Disappointing!
