I initially didn't find many reviews so this was a blind buy. I was wary of the comments of missing parts and thought I'd test it and see for myself. Luckily mine was just fine, I loved the home spa experience. No regrets. Bought the 2-year warranty just in case.Cons:- the nozzle does tend to retract when extended. Gotta hold it in place with a rubber band.

I re eived the order but unfortunately there was no facial nozzle inside.The steam head does not stay in place difficult to assemble,so save your money and buy something cheap like the pink steam cap that cost less than 30 dhs that's more effective and durable.
