I can’t even begin to tell you how much this has changed my life after one use. I developed what I thought was RLS after one of my pregnancies. I see no reason to try to debate which is better, magnesium flakes or Epsom salt. Use both! I use a scooper that’s from my protein powder, small- but scoops a generous amount of salt. I will do 3-4 scoops of scented Epsom salts (eucalyptus, for example) and 3-4 scoops of these magnesium flakes - and boom! I’m sleeping like a wee babe. You will absolutely feel the effect of these salts, but like I said I think Epsom is great too so I combine them. Saltwater baths are the dream and I’m so glad I have these flakes. I do feel the effect of them (and in less time) than just Epsom salts alone. I’m basically a bath pro now. And you can be too! 🪄🛀 🙌

Love this product. Use it in the bath for my toddler every night to soothe him and calm his skin. I have paresis and also soak in it myself from time to time. Seems to help. I have used them in my bath & a teaspoon in my Nerve Guard Nerve Relief cream as an added boost to temporarily relieve muscle pain. Some creams the magnesium flakes will liquify the cream, so be ware. Over all I am grateful to have found this product.
