I’ve been taking these vitamins consistently and I’m very happy with them so far. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a bad taste or smell. Does have side effects!
This does have side effects, I took 1capsule to start out as recommended by my Dr for hair loss due to Hypothyroidism, it gave me the runs! So I stopped taking it and the runs went away, I resumed taking them a week later same thing happened the runs returned, so my Dr said to stop taking them completely and I did, no more runs. I gave away this bottle to a friend who also had the same results, the runs! She threw the bottle away after this.
