I looked at others reviews and thought maybe picky and I’d give it a go. For the £80 I paid for it I’d have had more satisfaction burning my money. I’ve spend hrs trying to pair, match etc and it just doesn’t work. If it does it unpairs and back to square one! It runs on 2g not 4g so the gps will only work on wifi not good if your child is out and about. It’s Chinese rubbish and a total waste of money! At £80 it wasn’t cheap I’m gutted to say the least!

Great watch, works well as a watch and phone. It was easy to set up, but I'm struggling to activate GPS using the QR code as it's not working for me.

We got this for our daughter to help keep track of her and in contact when she goes out with her friends to the park. She was over joyed with the watch and loves using it. She has found it relatively easy to use (9y) and loves to contact us to let us know where she is.On first set up we had some difficulty getting the sim card to work but it seems ok now.It hooks up to the wifi which is great.On the down side the GPS seems a bit dodgy. It is very picky when it wants to work which is of course an issue if we want to see where she is where she says she is. The app that is suggested to use has some good features but again does have it's disadvantages.Here's some pros and cons I have found:* She is able to send us a voice note, pics and emojis via the watch/apps chat function - this appears to use the GPS - excellent as it does mean we don't need to continually top it up with money that she will waste. However since the GPS didn't want to connect this afternoon she couldn't do this.* When the GPS was working it had a clear location as to where she was on a map and able to see where she had been.* Phone function works great for us to phone her to see where she is - it is loud so she can hear it to answer. We have had two occasions when it hasn't connected properly and she couldn't hear us but on a redial it has been fine.* We are able to connect the app/watch on more than one phone and the 'family chat' shows up on both.* Seems to hold its charge well, 3 afternoons she has been using it and it's still on 70%.* Cute interface - choice of about 10 backgrounds - some more aimed for younger and some for older.* The watch itself cannot receive SMS messages - a slight disappointment but the 'chat' feature above does make up for this - when the GPS wants to work and you do have the ability to see any SMS received on the app.Overall a tad over priced I think for a watch that potentially isn't going to fully do what you would expect it to do. But we'll see, hoping it proves me wrong!

We chose this smart watch for my daughters birthday because it offered the ability to use video calling to pre-saved phone numbers. When using the video call function the screen on the watch freezes meaning my daughter is unable to see the person she is callingI attempted to contact the customer services to seek help, they did not respond either, the time to request a refund has also now elapsed so we are stuck with a watch that doesn't offer the facility we specifically purchased it for

This is the second watch we’ve bought as first had an issue that the seller responded to right away. Great and fast communication 🙌🏻We as parents would be lost without this.Being able to call but our children not having social media access 24/7 game changer.Happy out.

Watch broken after only a few month, I’ve tried getting support but nothing! Been ignored. I can’t even call up Amazon for help you go round in circles!!!! Basically when you call watch you can’t hear anything from the watch so it’s a one way conversation!

I purchased this watch for my daughter as a Christmas present but it has never worked, when trying to set it up I get multiple error messages on screen and no further. I have attempted to contact Pthtechus multiple times for assistance but have had no response. The watch should come with a 2 year guarantee and when purchasing, the previous reviews mentioned the great customer service received, this has definitely not been my experience! fast feeling like £100 wasted......
