Bought this as a Christmas gift to go along with a Bread Maker. From what I've heard, everything seems to have worked easily with excellent results!

Bread turns out awesome from the mix!

This bread machine mix baked up as the tallest most beautiful loaf of bread that has come out of my Zojirushi machine yet. It had a delicate crisp crust that was delicious and the internal crumb texture was moist and light yet substantial enough to stand up to peanut butter when fresh and delicious as toast. I will absolutely be buying more of this one! : )
