It provides a much needed support for my lower back while sitting up, relieves the pain, so helpful!

This is an excellent product. Great for yoga and also great to elevate behind knees at night while sleeping.

These are a good size and weight bolster. They are all natural materials, so if your yoga practice tries to shame you for eva foam blocks, you should be in the clear here. There is a smell to them redolent of the old pier one import stores? You may find that 'natural' smelling.I don't love it, so I'm taking half a star off. My only complaint is that I wish it were firmer. If you're under 150lbs, it's probably just right for you. It's useable for me, but really squishes down, and for some asanas I'm back to the eva block. So I'm deducting half a star for that, but you may not have to consider that. It's well put together with no bad stitching, and it has a quality zipper.

This is a high quality bolster and a gorgeous color as well! I am very pleased with it! I am REALLY loving the beauty of this dusty rose color sooo much, and I have their matching yoga belt also (which is VERY inexpensive BTW, at only $5 if you need a high quality belt too!) This bolster is also very sturdy and supportive for me (I'm well under 150 lbs though). It is thick, sturdy, and firm, sewn really well, and made of all natural fibers, which is a must for me. The inside pillow is natural beige and unbleached as well - big plus for that. The zipper works great, though I've not had any need to remove the cover and wash it yet. I feel that the price is also very worthy of this bolster comparatively speaking. When I first received this, it looked kind of lumpy to me, and I felt a bit disappointed, but then I looked more closely at the photos, and you can literally see this subtlety in ALL of the photos. This is simply because it is made of natural cotton fibers. So it is really not a big deal - and is barely noticeable at all. I'd much prefer this to a perfect looking synthetic foam and polyester product for sure, absolutely 100%! The only things I do not really like is...I REALLY wish there were two handles, one sewn onto BOTH ends. There is always that pause to find the end with the handle, before I can pick it up. Would be nice to come blissfully out of savasana and not have to even "think" about finding the end with the one and only handle. Ha ha! And my only other "semi-complaint" (in all honesty), is the name of this company, which is sewn onto the bolster. However, it is what it is, and that is just a simple aesthetic that may actually be particularly pleasing to other folks. Clearly the people who named their company love the name. Ha ha! I just like softer, more beautiful sounding words embroidered on my products...like "shanti" - that would be a beautiful word to have sewn onto my yoga items! But clearly this obviously does not affect the practicality or high quality of this beautiful little bolster!

Check dimensions vs what you’re looking for. This looked much “fatter” than it turned out to be, so while it’s comfy and useful it’s not quite what I needed.

Very durable. Light enough to transport. Easy to clean and it looks great. Simple black design, goes with all my workout stuff. It feels to be the appropriate firmness, it's very stable.Great for home gym or yoga studio!

This does exactly what you want it to, regardless of which reason you're looking for an item like this. It's about the width of a queen sized pillow, thick enough to, say, prop one's hips up a bit, and even though it's soft it is still solid enough to keep said hips propped where they're wanted.Enough said. Great purchase!

I seriously LOVE this bolster! I am a yoga instructor and teach restorative, and other forms that use props such as bolsters so I am always looking for something good to use for my private clients. This is a very nice bolster. I have tried them all and this brand for me is up there with other big contenders. I am so pleased with the quality of this and other products from them that I have tried. This bolster holds its shape, it's easy to clean, and it won't cost you a vital organ to purchase it.
