Taking them daily- not enough time to tell a difference.

It's questionable as to whether these had any more effect besides just drinking a cup of coffee. I would caution not to take them after about 3pm if you're planning on getting some sleep. The flavor was okay, almost spicy if you let them sit on your tongue for too long before swallowing, but nothing offensive and no digestive problems afterwards.

So far it seems to provide a small boost in energy.They are easy to swallow.Other than the small boost in energy it’s hard to measure how effective it truly is. Have not experienced any negative experiences while taking it.

Good quality American made product. It's a maintenance type formula so it's not really viable to try to form an opinion of how well it works right away. Being old, I am blessed with lots of little pains here and there at various times. I think taking these might be making that situation a little better. I don't imagine they will ever all go away... life doesn't progress in that fashion. Overall, I believe that this product is worth the money. Keeping things from getting worse is the next best thing to curing them.... and old age generated problems just don't get cured. All the ingredients have history of being beneficial.

UPDATE: I took this supplement on and off over a couple of months, not being quite as diligent as I could be. But slowly I began to link "good days" to this supplement. In the last couple of weeks I took it every single day and could definitely feel a difference in my body. I paired it with B vitamins and an uptake in daily citrus.No bad flavor, easy to swallow, and besides the fact that these are supplements I already have experience with, I'm glad to find them all together. I was a little worried the Black Pepper would be a heart burn inducer, but so far so good, no burning to report. I pair Resveratrol supplements with a multi vit. B tablet every morning and I feel good all day. It's hard to know EXACTLY how much a supplement is doing for us, but I can report I do feel good and have a feeling of being stronger and slightly more vital when I take these capsules consistently every day. (I'm 60) Every person has a different chemistry, but I feel good so far.

I have have been using Resveratrol and Berberine supplements for some time now. I needed to check the ingredients and take out the versions I had in other supplements and then I could start using this and know what any change was.I have not noted any negative change as I transitioned to this single supplement which took care of several I had been taking. My blood sugar and blood pressure remained about the same (deviations are normal, but as a pattern). I have been sleeping well when I should be sleeping and am alert and awake when I am up. Overall, my subjective view is I am feeling good while taking this supplement.Note: I am not a physician and thus cannot provide any medical advice about this or any other supplement or care product. I can only share my personal observations as I have used an item.

I am hesitant to use this product because the bottle is cracked. I need to return for replacement.
