Good on Watercolor Paintings
I am tired of putting watercolor under glass. Instead I indirectly spray the painting with several coats. The first coat should be a foot or more away and not be pointed directly at the painting. Let the spray fall down on the painting. After that you can can come in a little closer but move the can around quickly over the whole painting. You can frame it without glass and it looks great.

Cap is difficult to open
I had to use a screwdriver to open the cap. It was impossible to open by hand. Also, use it in a well ventilated area because it has a really strong smell. Otherwise, I was satisfied with it's use for watercolors on Yupo paper.

The best to use
This item is the best but if you are going to use it for art.you should do your research and buy it at a art store.this I am sure you did buy this at the hardware or Walmart

DO NOT use on Black paint !!!!!
I never leave reviews but I have to this time.I am desperate trying to find a real opaque sealer for my plaster art (Matte sealer from liquitex is not opaque enough or super matte like super matte medium from golden) I did read the reviews about the white cloud finish on some people’s artwork and I have the same effect on my artwork. My artwork is black so it is very noticeable. I saved my art with a brush and water just after I sprayed the matte sealer and I noticed the white cloud. I m still waiting to see if I lost this piece or not.I do not recommend this sealer especially if your art has black or darker colors.
