As a medical person, I look at this as the perfect treatment for those concrete skin abrasions. It kills microbe and numbs injured area at the same time.. Is that easy enough to put an island dressing over the wound of the appropriate size. No pain no infection happy child.

I had a wound that was not healing well when my son suggested I use this product. I did and within days it was clear ,yes it does work. I now keep the product at several locations in the house so it is always nearby . It is worth trying..

Dermoplast is great. Small cuts and abrasions need a quick clean and some pain relief. Quick blast and it’s all good. I keep a couple of cans in the house and one in my large first aid bag
