Item arrived damaged dented along one edge other than that quite thin material but should do the job

Ok but doesn’t last
Decent at first but after a while I’ve noticed that the steel has completely eroded through and now is useless. Only after about 8 months of use, which is not ideal and evidently is not up to the task

Not what was advertised and arrived late.
Not compatible with petsafe litter tray and nothing like what was advertised. Arrived late and need to return as its useless.

Excellent Upgrade for the PetSafe ScoopFree
I purchased this stainless steel tray as a replacement for the plastic reusable tray I purchased a few years ago for my PetSafe ScoopFree self-cleaning litter box, and it's been a great upgrade. It fits perfectly and is deep enough for my 18-pound cat to use comfortably without making a mess. One of the biggest advantages is that stainless steel doesn't seem to absorb odors the way the plastic tray did. It stays much fresher and is easier to keep clean, which has made a noticeable difference. The only challenge was getting my cat used to it. At first, he was hesitant because the stainless steel made a different sound when he dug in the litter. For a few days, I wasn't sure if he was going to accept it, but with a little patience he adjusted and now uses it without any issues. If you're looking for a more durable, odor-resistant replacement tray for the ScoopFree system, I definitely recommend this one.

Good Quality and Better Price
Bought this to replace the plastic pan we purchased and it's almost half the price. 4 cats using with one diabetic who urinates frequently. I zip cut slots in bottom and mounted above a commercial wash pan plumbed into a drain and installed a water flush system within the pan. The Petsafe crystals now last several weeks instead of 3 days without the excess moisture in pan and odors eliminated. Also cut bottom of the fecal holding section and it drops into another commercial wash pan - extended both of the required maintenance tasks.
