The best rice for risotto

Great rice, great delivery, worth the money
Great rice, used it even in stuffed peppers with great results

Not worth the money, was just ok
Didnt taste any better than regular arborio. Made a rissoto with it, and it was good but not better than arborio.

I made the switch from arborio to carnaroli for risotto. The consistency of this rice is perfect every time, it just takes a while to cook.
