just a piece of elastic material around your waist, the product arrived in a plastic bag without any direction of use or any indication of what and how it works, i tried it for couple of days yet found no difference handling my sciatica pain

This belt seams to ease my back pain after a few hours of using it, This also supports your back when bending and by wearing it, it reminds you that you are protecting your back while doing things around the house and garden, the price was great and i think it's value for the money, would definitely recommend this.

Nice product, but would benefit from having instruction leaflet enclosed.

Never thought I'd need one of these but after a certain age and many trips to the GP for pain killers... this belt does what it's supposed to do, support your lower back thereby easing the pain. Wear it over a T shirt but under a jumper if you need the extra comfort. Works great for me !

Had to return as the product had a rubber lining and I am allergic to this .seller needs to say what the lining is made of as I am sure I am not the only person this is relavent too .
