Brilliant everything you could want in a spot cleaner don't waste your money on a cheaper brand if you can afford to pay the extra I highly recommend this shark size is perfect removal of tanks is so good and to empty them to I cant caught it 😀

Eaay to use once you've figured it out. Be aware once the dirty water tank hets a third full ot cuts out. I thought it had stopped working. All good in the end. Carpet came up lovely

Very well built but one major factor makes it useless, the hand tool and how it sits within the unit , let me explain! The vacuum hose is wound so tight that it is stretched and sits at a 90 degree angle to the floor putting stress on the plastic vacuum hose , in my case it this split and would no vacuum making it useless, you can’t purchase another hose as this is moulded both in the unit and the hand tool
