Looks great
Wrench looks to be of good quality. Fit and finish is on point. Easy to adjust and has handle length enough to make higher torque settings easy to accomplish. A 2% accuracy rating is impressive. I give a high value rating for the tool.

Nice unit
Well made nice storage box and has certificate for 2% accuracy. I would have issued 5 stars but because it was hard to read the 0-9 hash line increment's on the red collar.

worked okay
Worked okay for the price for an inch pound wrench it seemed like .

Props to the Thorstone vendor!
When it arrived from Amazon, it was found unusable out of the box. The Knurled Red handle would not twist in any direction to set the torque value. When I contacted Thorstone on a Saturday night by email, I got a reply within 2 hours - very impressive. After a few email exchanges, they sent me a new one at their cost, and it works as expected. That's is 5-Star Customer Service - THANKS, Thorstone! The only observation I'll offer is that I am finding the number etchings on the tube and handle are a little harder to read than I'd like, however - unsure how much my mid-60's eyes are contributing to that issue.

Not accurate
I bought this as an alternative to the Wheeler FAT wrench for torquing scope rings. It was inaccurate; I was in danger of over torquing the screws. I sent it back and bought the Wheeler wrench. Get a Wheeler for low torque projects. It is accurate.

Appears to be a good product
It appears to be well made and was just enough torque to accomplish what ai purchased it for. Wish it would have Crome with a 1/4 to 3/8 adaptor and had actual instruction manual for best use of the product

Once you know, you know....
Could use improvement on the instructions. The illustration on how to orient your hand correctly is key to the operation of the wrench. It took some fooling around to get the hang of it.(Note: the concentric motion required is neither natural nor easy to illustrate). But once I got, I got it. I Like the product. The spring loaded lock on the handle got a bit annoying while I was getting familiar with the wrench.(that's because I experimented with a lot of different settings). I can't really see many circumstances that will happen again.

Solid click and sturdy wrench overall
I use this wrench for removing/installing small bolts on my car and bike. On the lower end of the spectrum, the click isn't loud but you can pretty much feel it "snap" through your hand, so there's no need to get that close to the wrench.
