Always read the label and product information before use. See package for full usage instructions. For first use: remove seal and dose for 2 seconds. Washing up liquid is so concentrated that you only need to use a drop. To help reduce growth of bacteria in sponge, rinse the sponge after washing up, add 1 or 2 squirts of the product, squeeze to distribute. Gentle on your skin, no need to wear rubber gloves.
