actually really liked this product and it's powerful enough to clean your teeth. What I liked is that it has a lot of heads that allow you to clean different parts of your mouth. I love the charging. It's a universal USB charging port, so it's very simple and charges very quickly. It's actually very good. It comes with a case that makes it portable anywhere. I've recommended it a thousand times.

Seems to work well, will know more after my next dentist appointment. The water reservoir runs out while using it, and I need to refill it half way through (maybe I'm using it wrong)... On more than one occasion, I have had he tip come out of my mouth (while using) and squirt the mirror above the sink - I've done this less as I get more skilled using it.The button to change to power/speed is a little close to the power button and can be accidentally pushed... although, when looking for that button (while using), it's a little hard to find by "feel". I think having it "bump out" or something to make it easier to feel would be helpful. Lots of accessories, but I'm pretty much sticking to one tip.The charge seems to last (almost) a week.

UPDATE 06/22/25:After I posted my negative review, the seller at last contacted me, and within a couple of weeks provided a replacement unit and a few freebies at no charge. At 1 week, this flosser has performed flawlessly, even with warm water. It never stalls now, which the old unit was somewhat prone to almost immediately. AND, the charge connector on the unit is now a dedicated 2 pin as opposed to the old USB C which stopped working for us within a few months. This means the charging cord, which is still USB A on the other end is unique to this unit, but I think that's well worth it because it appears to be much more robust. Will update this review at 6 months; there is room to add another star or 2, depending on how it goes.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Worked great for the first few weeks. Then it began turning itself off mid-use, emitting a whining noise. I gradually figured out that it thought it was overheating, because I was using warmish (90F) water for my sensitive teeth. So started using cooler water. This helped for awhile, but gradually it began to turn itself again, even as I used colder and colder water. Tried contacting the mfgr by message and phone - no response.Last week it would no longer charge, regardless of which charger and cord we attached to it. Kind of glad, because at least 5 months of annoyance is over! If you buy one of these, don't throw away your floss, because you are likely to need it.

I would highly recommend this product to someone who are planning to start their day fresh and hygienic. I loved it.Firstly, I was little hesitant to order but after the first use I can see the difference in my mouth, teeth and breath.I tried many other products but this is the best.Setup was super easy and the pressure settings are great. Honestly, my mouth never felt this fresh with regular floss.Just to check battery life, I have charged for 10mins and started to use and it's perfect and worked well.Based on gum sensitivity we can change the pressure level.Good part is it comes with a nice carrying bag which is super easy to carry when you are travelling.
