Inalsa never disappoints with products in steam iron segment. This product is very handy and powerful enough to iron stubborn wrinkles on any clothing material. I used on wool, linen, cotton etc. with same excellent results. Good travel accessory. But after using for four months, the steam throw stopped and without this feature its a waste. After complaining, the Inalsa service man replaced a small part and fixed the issue. One need to use only filter water from RO/normal filter. Dont use tap water, is mt suggestion.

The product is amazing! Aside from being set at a reasonable price, it’s easily transportable, makes practically no noise, and generates a significant amount of steam with a relatively low input of water. It’s perfect for travelling, or for students/people living in hostels, or other temporary settings. It’s very easy to use, and irons the clothes perfectly.The product arrived in good condition, wrapped and secured properly in a box.

I purchased the Inalsa Mini Steam Iron, but the steam stopped working soon after. I contacted customer care, and they sent a technician. To my shock, he told me the faulty part was not covered under warranty because of company policy.When I called customer care again, they repeated the same thing. I asked what is covered, and the executive said: “Apart from plastic, rubber, and glass, everything is covered.” But the product is almost 90% plastic and rubber! That means only about 10% of the iron is actually covered under warranty.This was never mentioned on Amazon’s product page. If it had been, I would never have purchased it. It feels misleading, almost like a scam.I trusted Inalsa as a good brand, but this experience has left me shocked and disheartened. Works like a charm. Does its job.Perfect for dry fit T-shirts and track pants. Cotton T-shirts also get nicely ironed.The iron plate gets hot enough to dry Iron clothes as well. Can be used for travelling purpose as well as for daily use at home,Jeans and other thicker clothes like sweatshirts or jackets may take some more pressing time and effort, but they can be done as well.Overall, the product works well. Given the high price - expecting it to be of good quality and durable enough to last long.

It’s handy and convenient. With one cup of water, two clothes can be ironed. It removes wrinkles. It’s worth it’s price. 👌👌

Would have given 5 star if the iron could be repaired easily for steam holes getting blockedWorked well for more than a year, now inspite of using RO water steam holes are jammed and steam flow is very low to use the productIssue is there is no easy way to open the device to clean the holes, tried soaking the metal part in detergent, using soap to clean but not very effectiveiron still works but no longer a steam iron
