This too small for a 4 year old?

I think it maybe too small. It’s has been great for my 2yr old grandson. And I think it will be good for him for another 1yr or so.

Can someone please tell me where the batteries go?

There is a battery compartment underneath. The batteries power the sounds (horn sounds, etc.).
