No after Sales Service Support....
Failed excatly after an year of use however there is no service support + no response from their wtsup nos if you can manage service then ok else shall not recommend just use it as long it works once failed you are on your own.

Ideal pump for evacuation of flooded basement
It works nicely and quietly and evacuate flooded basement effortlessly. Being made of plastic body I don't worry about rusting and splashing. Machine comes fully equipped with plug. Only outlet pipe needs to be got and fixedIt is little expensive, but in the long run I hope it is worth it.

Recommended pump
Vety quality product suction power pressure all good. Quality is good with price. There isnalso stand below so nothing get stuck down the pump taking. Performance wise 5 star from me.
