Elixum Nattokinase: The product arrived in a soft package. The product box appears worn around the edges. The clear safety seal on the box was broken. The bottle's white inner safety seal is loose and appears to have been previously opened and put back in place. No paperwork was shipped with the product (no receipt included). AND the product apparently is NOT eligible for return because it is not shipped as "Prime". No where on the Amazon product face page does it mention that IT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS . I have messaged the seller with no response after one week.
