Yes, Spektrum chargers will charge these batteries as long as the charger has a balance port.

Will this fit the 1/10 baja rey?

I can't tell you for sure, but if the dimension listed for this battery match, or are very close, to what you have on an existing battery, or will physically fit in the battery tray, and be held by the straps, you should be good to go. The connectors on my batteries are EC5 which might be more important than the physical size, so double check those. from the one battery I have, and looking at dimensions on other Hard Case 3s batteries, these seem to be about the same size, maybe just a hair smaller than some. I am running an Arrma Senton 3s BLX if that helps for comparison.

Call armma! They have excellent customer service if you didn’t smell or see any smoke it probably wasn’t a battery to esc issue. “Not running correctly” is a little vague to help anymore! Lol

How many volts should i set my charger for when charging my lipo battery ? it's a 5200 mah battery. the charger has a max of 6 bolts while charging.

Well I don't know what charger you have. But I set mine for 5200 milliamp battery. I set it to 5.2 amp charge to match the battery. So like if you have a 5500 you set your charger to 5.5 amp charger.
