Terrific piece of kit
Now used regularly on the allotment, terrific kettle. Just take time to work out how much to burn each time and you're away. Recommend.

Perfect
Amazing bit of kit. I work in the TV and Film Production industry, building sets, and often find myself away from electric, in a field or up a mountain! This kettle is perfect for on the van. Grab some sticks and away you go. Holds enough water for 4 or 5 regular cups. And if you overfill it, when it boils it splills out and puts the fire out aswell!

Fantastic kit.
I love this gadget! Free hot water, as long as you can find stuff to burn. I get excited every time I use it. Such a brilliant concept. Don't push the whistle on, just let it sit on the spout, otherwise you may get a fountain of boiling water. Also leave a bit of a gap from the surface of the water, don't overfill. You'll have great fun with one of these. Superb for camping, but I use mine up the allotment all the time.

Looks good
Its not the one I ordered, I ordered the 1.5L this only holds 1L BUT it did come 2 days earlier than expected and came with a carry bag and a stand that I wasn't expecting. It will be coming camping at the weekend , I cant wait to test it out it feels very sturdy,

Awesome Tool for Schools and Families
We LOVE our new Ghillie Kettle. My fourth and fifth graders use it regularly to make a hot cup of cocoa or tea on chilly mornings. So easy to keep a fire going. So quick to heat up water. So much fun. Thank you!

Excelled at heating water.
Was boiling water in about 5 minutes. I use wood pellets with a splash of denatured alcohol to start then add twigs and wood down the top. Have ordered the utinsels to go with the kettle.
