PMEPaste Colour Ocean Blue 25 g

Nice colour. I’m not a baker but I found it easy to work with. Kids loved that it turned their tongues blue.

Brilliant colour, didn't need to use much as was very concentrated, so would go a long way. Easy to use also

This is a very intense green and can stain! Start with a tiny amount and work up. Will last a long time so good value.

Well this certainly does the job beautifully. Turned my pre-bought yellow fondant icing into a very dark blue for my parents' blue sapphire anniversary. But what on earth is in it I wonder? I was eating all the tasty off-cuts (as you do) and consumed a fair amount of the icing, but not an excessive amount, I still have half of it left. Three days later it is still (to be polite) turning my insides a dark green colour. It's quite funny, but I do worry about what makes it quite so strong. I would use it again, it is very effective, but would not eat quite so much! So if you use it to make the icing for your child's birthday cake, don't go calling the doctor when things that are normally brown suddenly turn a dark green!!! I think you could use a lot less than I did - I threw the whole bottle in! I was probably only meant to use a few drops ;-)

Colour was excellent

All the colours were leaking when I received the package, not the first time. \The quality of the product is good, only the packaging not very good. Please ensure that they are packed properly, before shipping.

Works well..although...you do have to use quite a lot of it...

Didn’t affect the taste of the cake at all, perfect green for what I needed! Didn’t stain my hands which was a bonus! Only a little was needed too.
