The Legend of Korra Turf Wars Part Two

'Can I just see my girlfriend, please?' UGHHHH KORRASAMI BE THE SOFTEST 😭😭 The villains really be trying to come for Korra like that? 🔪🔪 Bold of them to assume they'd survive that move which means I'm loving everything about thissss. Varrick and Zhu Li are so great and I'm all for Zhu Li as president. Bolin's realization of him being the bad cop was great LOL. Gotta love that line about Mako's ex-girlfriends dating each other. He cannot get a break and I love it because it's what he deserves, ha. Tenzin and fam remain the most ridiculously lovable. I actually really like all the characters including the antagonist except that Raiko and his assistant are both annoying af. SHOUTOUT TO ALL THE BADASS WOMEN OF THIS WORLD FROM KORRA, ASAMI, LIN BEIFONG (MY LOVE), ZHU LI TO EVEN JARGALA, LBR. I'm probably missing a couple because that's how amazing this series is. The art remains top-notch. 10/10, no notes. Can't believe this ends the way it does, though. I'd have died if I had to wait months for the next volume. ;____;

The writing is superb. Artwork is superb. Plot is well paced and organized beautifully. I’m living for this continuation of one of my favorite shows. And swoon! I finally get Korrasami feels!

I am a 39 year old man with 2 young daughters ages 5 & 7. I try to find shows and books for them that are not painful for me to sit through. The three of us and my wife to a lesser degree are hooked on Korra. We’ve watched the series many times prior to hearing it was continued in these graphic novels. We’ve read a few now and with the kindle and it’s comic book features it’s just a ton of fun. Young kids love it, but there is plenty there to process and think about for adults. I guess officially this is supposed to cover Turf wars book 2 but really you cannot go wrong with any of the Korra graphic novels!

I love this book and Im so happy I found it I finished the show and was like what happens next

A great follow-up to the first installment, my only complaint is that I have to wait until June to read the resolution! I love seeing Korra's continuing adventures, watching her relationship with Asami develop and FINALLY Zhu Li is seriously considering a run for President. I can't wait for the next installment! Keep up the great work!

Overall the story is a welcomed continuation for the series. The only slight negative I found was a slight change in the art style from the cartoon's. The change wasn't too jarring, but the faces of the characters are noticeably different.

I am an avid fan of both avatar shows. I've seen both series at least 3 times and frequently revisit them every now and then. When I discovered there were comic books that continued the stories I was extremely excited and I wasn't disappointed. I absolutely loved this comic book. I can't wait for the 3rd one to come out

Turf wars part 2 is where the action begins! Turf wars part 1, was only a set up to something spectacular. Things are heating up against Team Avatar and The Triple Threats' Tokuga in the fate of Republic City. The team behind the graphic novel did a fantastic job, (i still wish the colouring job was done a bit better. It does get cleaner near the end, but hope they continue that in the next issue.) But overall I love this part, if you weren't happy with part 1 of Turf Wars because of its slow pacing and plot, part 2 has you covered! :D
