Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir - Season One [DVD]

I discovered this show on Netflix during lockdown. It is one of the best show I’ve seen this decade it’s really addicting to watch you just want Marionette and Adrien to date already but something always throws them off that they can’t be together yet they are the super hero's but they don’t know and they are in love with one side of their double life. Pretty bummed that when season 4 and 5 comes Netflix wont have it it will only be on Disney+ Not to mention Netflix might take it down since they only put shows on for a few months then they take them down months later . Happy that I got season 1 dvd set will be purchasing season 2 and when season 3 comes out on dvd I’ll buy it too just be sure to watch the episodes in order go online and search the correct order of each episode because the dvd episodes are not in order nor is it in order on Netflix I ordered on Monday morning and it came Wednesday afternoon and I don’t have prime

I'm a grown woman and I stumbled across Miraculous on Netflix one day when I was home for lunch. It started the first episode while I was making my meal and when I came into the living room I began to watch it. I was hooked from the start. I watched two episodes and I found myself driving back to work wishing I had found this earlier so I could watch more episodes. Sure, it's sort of goofy and repetitive in some ways, but I just love all the characters, especially Adrien. The bad guys are well thought out and their costumes are amazing. The animation is great and so is the music. The best thing I love is how the two leads are kind of in a Romeo and Juliet sort of situation. When they are themselves she is in love with him and he doesn't know and when they are in costume he loves her and she doesn't care. Her mind is set on her Adrien. It can make you crazy sometimes. I just love all the close calls and I long for the day when they find out about each other. Considering the fact that we can't watch any new episodes for whatever reason, I may never see that day. The few nitpicking things I don't like are the repetitive scenes that they show in every episode and the fact that she looks exactly the same as herself and as Ladybug. They could at least change her hair style or something. Her best friend, who is a fan of Ladybug, didn't even figure it out. So, I looked past those nitpicking things and binged the entire season fairly quickly and then I regretted not savoring it more slowly. I purchased this complete season one and binged it all over again. I'm sure its a show I will watch again and again over the years, so I'm glad to now own it on DVD.

I only pay for our Netflix subscription because of this show! My 2.5 year old LOVE LOVE LOVES this show along with the entire family (my husband, 13 year old son and I..also my nieces and nephews!)!! It’s so cute and actually pretty funny!!! My daughter can be in the middle of a full fledge terrible 2 fit and I can turn this on and she stops immediately and starts watching it! She actually laughs at the appropriate times it’s easy for her to understand but it’s not annoying like some kid shows we watch! I watch it when it’s just me in the room! My daughter even started saying and doing ‘Pound it’ & ‘Oh my gosh’ because of this show and she says ‘No no Chloe, that’s not nice’ and she’s 2!!!!! Love this show and can’t wait for season 2! I like the case it comes it it tells you what each DVD has on it which is atleast 6 episodes which is nice on a countinues cycle I don’t have to change it ever 20 minutes! I like how the dvds are in the case there just a little bit off set from each other which makes it very easy to get out! Overall I recommend it especially if you have an in car DVD player like we do this will be great for long car rides and in your house! I say buy it now!

My kids love this show. The boys love Cat Noir and are in love with Ladybug! It is the only love story that they do not groan at because of the adventure. They are actually hoping that Cat Noir will eventually get the Ladybug. Great season one set. Absolutely worth the price! Fun for boys and girls of all ages!

The episodes aren't in order, but if that doesn't bother you then the set is ok.

Our household loves this show. I was a little put off by the repeating storyline but then the villains started getting harder to defeat and other additions have helped the plot points. We enjoy the show and are visual that other seasons will be available soon.

Both my kids loved it! Parents please note the name of the individual discs so you can save money, I ordered season one disc 4 (its a ladybug!) solo for them on our first buy. However, I do use all regions free dvd player already, so im not sure if one is needed for these. Much love! Season one, disc one: Tales of Miraculous Ladybug & Cat Noir Disc2: Spots On! Disc 3: Be Miraculous Disc 4: it's Ladybug! Show was good enough to inspire dress up costumes, so... I'll be saving money with complete next season for my kids as well lol

Well priced full first season of my son's favourite programme "miraculous ladybug and cat noire". Bought as a special treat, I'd recently given him my large portable dvd player for his newly decorated big boy room, so these were an ideal gift. He's over the moon with them and watches a couple of episodes each evening in bed. Received intact and the case contains 4 discs in English.
