Yes, 2 laptops can be fitted and I would be able to get my PlayStation in it to.

Can the shoulder straps be hidden?

The shoulder strap of this backpack can not be hidden. The back of the backpack is a computer compartment with a sponge on the outside. From the technical point of view, if you add a hidden shoulder strap, the backpack will be bulky.

Does this bag have a luggage strap ?

Yes it does and it works quite well

Does it contain USB cable and bottle pocket

It doesn't have USB port,but have bottle pocket at one side.

Is it waterproof when expanded. Will the contents get wet in heavy rain?

The back pack is water proof, the only issue is the clasp that attaches the strap to the bag they are plastic I replaced it with a metal one from home depot
