My husband said it was easy to install and it works very well as intended. There is a learning curve to using a bidet sprayer, but once you figure out how it best works for you (from the front or back, angle to hold it, best pressure to use, etc) it’s perfect. A Godsend for hemmeroid sufferers. You do need to turn off the water line to the sprayer after each use, but that becomes habit and the fear of a bathroom flood reminds you this step is needed. It’s easy to reach and a quick flick on and off. I was worried about the cold water, but it is not bad at all. Works great if you need to clean the toilet quick after use also. I noticed other reviewers commented on the plastic handle that will eventually crack also. I had one of these for about 4 years and it cracked and eventually broke. I bought another identical one and it fell off the holder (more than once) only months after I got it and cracked too. Right away I bought some JB Weld water weld and put it in a ring around the handle over the crack. It’s been holding well with no leaks for over a year. Would definitely recommend, but have the JB Weld on hand so you can fix a small crack right away. It will eventually break off and you’ll have a mess to clean up. Get pkgs of dark colored inexpensive wash clothes to use instead of tp. Put soiled clothes into covered diaper type pail next to toilet. No smell and save money. Wash with towels and add a cup of vinegar to the wash load.

Love this product! So easy to install, even for a woman like me. Watched the videos, so I did use plumbers tape. No leaks the 1st time attaching each connector! It took a few times using the sprayer to know exactly the right "on" positions for just the right water pressure needed. For me, the water hose "on" at the valve needs only to be on slightly. Then the sprayer barely in the on position. Too much water pressure can easily happen, (watch out you might spray the wall the 1st time, like I did...I had the sprayer turned backward....lol) although the right amount of pressure is easy to figure out, when you have everything aimed correctly. Had several laughs before getting the hang-of-it!!. I've used it "the right way" several times already and LOVE the clean feeling I have afterward! Never thought having and using a bidet would be so inexpensive and EASY!

I cannot speak long term as I've just installed but was super easy and quick to do so. I saw the other reviews and I respect that people are complaining that after a while things break or whatever but saying it feels cheap, it is plastic and giving a worse review because of that seems stupid. It says it is plastic, if it feels cheap is because it is cheap, there are better ones at 70, 80 dollars. Let's see long term but for now, all good.

This is the way to go! Before this, I’ve only used the seat attachments and never intended on using anything else. But no seat attachments would fit in my new place. I’m so thankful! This is so much better! Once you get the hang of it, you’ll see. It’s just better. Also, it’s so compact and easy to install that I just take one with me on long trips. *You MUST clear the line after every use. Otherwise the line will eventually leak due to the constant pressure. As long as you clear it every time, this thing lasts forever.

It works well and is easy to install. We've purchased several Bidet Sprayers through the years. Mrs. seems to like this best so far. Other similar products which cost less and have a different handle might be preferred by some people. We've had both handle types and there is a personal preference issue here.

Started off so well with reasonable price a couple years ago, not any more. I've had 3 for my house the first time 3 years ago and it selling at lower price and unfortunately much higher quality. I get if i want to replace every 2-3 years but current ones selling are at least $10-15 more than what they used to be and also quality went down. Had to return 2 of the newly purchased ones this year, one time leaking. Another hard nozzle and one time i received what seems to be used one Not sure if it's Amazon or Brondel. I'll give it one final chancenand then will switch over to something else

Never used a bidet so I was very skeptical if I wanted to try this. So glad I did. This product is amazing. Leaves you much cleaner then tp. Good range of pressure from soft gentle spray to strong. Great cord length. The hand held handle looks like stainless steel but it’s not. It’s plastic, but your hand grips it well enough. It was easy to install. Very happy with this product. I never want to be without a bidet again.

It’s less than 6 months old and already leaking significantly when in use out the handle which makes it unusable. Do not recommend unless you want to replace regularly. Poorly made.

Funciona bien. Ayuda a utilizar menos papel higiénico. El diseño es más largo que la mayoría de otros productos. La instalación es muy fácil y sin fugas.

Easy to install and straight forward instructions. The on off water shutoff works well but it is a little stretch to reach that far back on the bottom of the toilet reservoir. Spray is focused and easy adjustable. Not too keen on the holder because it displaced the lid on top of the toilet and shifts it over about 1/4 inch. Should come with a foam spacer for the other side then. All things considered a superior product.

This little unit is fabulous. I will pack it on all my trips. It installs in less than a minute.

Este producto es bueno, solo que no funciono para hacer la coneccion con las tuberias en los baños, ya que el diametro es mas grande. Lo utilizamos con otro productos y funciona muy bien.

I love this bidet. Water pressure is great. Design is sleek and compact. I do wish they’d give us the hot and cold water mixing valve with it.
