I bought 4 months supply. I took for 2 months. Unfortunately, did not work with any menopause symptoms. Besides that this medication makes your urine dense and smelly. I asked for refund for my last 2 months supply.

This natural and gluten free product helps with hot flashes but I still have them. Therefore, it not the cure for them. However, it really helps me get a good night sleep.

This product is not working for me. It did help me somewhat sleep. I work at night so I took the medicine backwards
