My scales won't connect with the app?

I changed to this scale as the previous one was having problems connecting. This has worked flawlessly upto a year. But now just after a year, I'm having this problem. I have deleted the app twice and reinstalled it, remove the batteries and reinserted them but problem persists. I can't help being synical that this is deliberate, to force us to change the model.

I have had these scales 6 months and now they don’t work properly! If the scales move an inch by weight can change by 3lbs?!

It could be more to do with your flooring, I always have the scales in the same place when I weigh...I believe it could be the same for all scales

I've linked to fitbit, but it's not showing in my fitbit app. Where does it show the info?

Why does the App show me hundreds of email addresses very similar to mine - including my full name?

You must be talking about when you enter your email to login - from what i can see at this point it's simply the app predicting the email suffix e.g @gmail, @hotmail, @live, it will change the email prefix (the personal part) as you type, as you are the user entering the information.
