I bought this for my recovery after abdominal surgery. I honestly don't think that I could have slept with out it. I was able to sleep, and stay supported throughout my recovery. It kept me in a stable position to prevent the pain of big movements when getting in and out of bed. I LOVED having my knees elevated, and the knee wedge helped to prevent my body from sliding down into the bed. This is a MUST HAVE for recovery after surgery! It is easily moveable and adjustable to your preferences. It is pretty firm, but I placed my softer pillows beside me and had a smaller pillow on my belly. It is designed to be light and customizable to your body. There was a slight chemical smell initially, but after about 24 hours out of the packaging, the smell was gone. I would suggest getting this a week or so before your surgery. This is well worth the money! I still use the large wedge at night when watching tv in bed or reading.

Bought it for myself because I had surgery and omg it feels amazingly soft and comfy 100% would recommend. It helps me stay elevated especially after my appendix burst surgery. These pillows don't move for anything. And it's so think it doesn't slip. I get pain relief from the position I'm in.

This is one of the best things we bought after my surgery in November.It kept me comfortable and helped me in my recovery phase.Now we still use it, 7 months later - just for comfort on very uncomfortable couches.My partner and I are both using two pieces each.It's white and we washed it in the machine and dryer and it was very easy to put the pieces back together.I honestly don't ever want to be without them ever again.5 stars because I am so happy with this set!

Worth every penny! After my surgery I knew I needed something to keep me elevated throughout the night. This set was absolutely perfect. You can manipulate the pillows to the fitting that best suits your needs and they stay put without slipping. My one and only reason for 4/5 stars is because I wish that there was a medium plush neck pillow. I still used a separate neck pillow for sleep support. Overall, GREAT PRODUCT.

What a life saver! I had total knee replacement a few days ago and am sleeping on a makeshift bed on the first floor. This pillow set is fantastic at giving me lots of options to sit up or prop up my leg to reduce swelling. The white material is very comfy. Well done to the designers and manufacture! This pillow will actually stay on the edge of your bed even if your bed is not up against the wall sitting upward. If you would like that's what I got it for. I ended up having to buy an adjustable bed anyway because my spine has gotten so bad but this pillow is so comfortable soft. The covers come off easy to wash and the other couple of pieces are going to help me still so it's not a total loss of money. Plus my son's going to use the other two parts. It's a great Orthopedic pillow!!! Or just a pillow in general if you would like to sit up and bed comfortably

Has many variations to set up a big plus and the reason why I bought this one. The surface is very hard and causes discomfort after laying on it for several hours. I had to put pills or it to be able to sleep on it. I have back problems and need something to help long term. I would return it but comes compress in a small box and I have no easy to compress it.

I have acid reflux and need to sit up to sleep. This works good. You can also adjust it to sit up and read comfortably in bed. Love the foot pillow. I place it under my legs and it reduces swelling.
