This pillow will actually stay on the edge of your bed even if your bed is not up against the wall sitting upward. If you would like that's what I got it for. I ended up having to buy an adjustable bed anyway because my spine has gotten so bad but this pillow is so comfortable soft. The covers come off easy to wash and the other couple of pieces are going to help me still so it's not a total loss of money. Plus my son's going to use the other two parts. It's a great Orthopedic pillow!!! Or just a pillow in general if you would like to sit up and bed comfortably

I have a condition that causes too much spinal fluid in my brain, so if my head and neck aren’t at a good angle I can get dizzy, anxious, and get headaches. Anyway, sitting up in bed to read or watch TV has been a struggle because I am never properly supported. This pillow set has been a game changer! So so comfortable and no more feeling weird. Excellent purchase!

(Review and advice for those of you who got a pillow that won’t inflate/hard as a rock).Bought this for my significant other in preparation for his upcoming surgery- Doctor has ordered him to be in an upright position as much as possible and his healing limb elevated- so far loves it. Would recommend, especially to those who like a firmer surface to sleep on.HARD PILLOW ADVICE_All the pillows except for the main one inflated correctly. The main pillow was stiff and unyielding. We couldn’t find anything online to fix it and I absolutely hate returning things on Amazon- so as a last resort- I started punching, slamming the stuff pillow against a hard surface - worked like a charm :) all pillows are in working order. Before trying to navigate the return process - beat it up first.

Overall I'm pretty happy with my purchase, but that neck pillow is not nearly as big as in the picture and just crumples on the weight of an adult male, so I'm still one piece away from my best sleep experience.
