Melatonin 5mg Sleep Aid Supplement - BioSeries Time-Release Capsules

I’ve tried various sleeping pills and melatonin for my insomnia, but this product is the best. I don't feel groggy after waking up; instead, I feel refreshed.

I really like Ritual as a company and their transparency around their products and the source of the materials they use. I have used a lot of natural based products as sleep aids with varying results. I typically do not like products with Valerian root and Melatonin because it will often help you sleep but in the morning you have a lingering groggy hangover feeling. What caught my eye with this product was the timed release technology. Melatonin works but as I mentioned I didn't like the after effects. The description explained how each capsule has 3 doses with different time releases (you can see the three balls in the clear capsule). One is for quick release to help you fall asleep, one with less strength is for the middle of the night to help keep you asleep and the last one with the slowest release and least amount of strength for the latter part of the night to taper off so you don't feel groggy when you wake up. I was blown away with this Sleep BioSeries Melatonin. It does everything it says. I take this to get solid sleep on nights when I need it the most. Increases the quality of sleep and has you waking up ready to tackle the next day. It also has a vanilla taste which makes it easy to take.

This product had a very weird effect on me that I haven’t experienced before with any type of melatonin. Awful night time anxiety and nightmares. Felt like my mind was racing the whole night. Awful. No sleep.

I've tried various sleep aids over the years, but none have impressed me quite like Ritual Sleep BioSeries™ Melatonin. As someone who often struggles with falling asleep and staying asleep, finding a reliable solution was a top priority for me. Here’s why this melatonin supplement has been a game-changer for my sleep routine: First off, the quality of Ritual Sleep BioSeries™ Melatonin is outstanding. From the packaging to the actual product, everything feels premium and thoughtfully crafted. It's clear that Ritual prioritizes quality in their formulations, which gives me confidence in what I'm putting into my body. One of the standout features is how fast-acting it is. I’ve noticed that within 30 minutes of taking it, I start to feel relaxed and ready for bed. This quick onset has been crucial for those nights when I’m struggling to wind down after a busy day. Once I’m asleep, the deep sleep I experience is remarkable. I used to wake up multiple times during the night, but since I started using this melatonin, my sleep has been much more uninterrupted. It feels like I’m getting more restorative rest, which has made a noticeable difference in my overall energy levels and mood. Perhaps one of the best aspects of Ritual Sleep BioSeries™ Melatonin is that it doesn’t leave me feeling groggy the next morning. This was a big concern for me with other sleep aids, but I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Another bonus is that it doesn’t have a weird aftertaste. Some supplements leave an unpleasant taste lingering in your mouth, but this one is clean and neutral, making it a pleasant part of my nightly routine. Ritual Sleep BioSeries™ Melatonin has significantly improved my sleep quality. It's fast-acting, keeps me in a deep sleep, and doesn’t leave me groggy the next day. Plus, the lack of an aftertaste is a much-appreciated bonus. If you’re looking for a high-quality sleep aid that delivers on its promises, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

I take melatonin occasionally, usually when my sleep is wack and I need to get back on track with a more normal sleep routine. I read somewhere you should take melatonin three hours before you want to fall asleep. I bought this because a) it was on sale b) I like Ritual products (I take two others daily) and c) it’s pretty. It’s pricey for how much you get in one bottle - only 20 capsules. There should be 30 capsules per bottle at least, regardless of price. The bottles are half full — I bought two bottles and condensed the capsules and one vanilla scent stick of both bottles into one bottle and now the single bottle is full. The vanilla scent stick is a nice touch. Smells a treat better than valerian root for sure. It works better than cheaper melatonin options I’ve tried but it’s not a sure fire way to get me to fall asleep in three hours. I just take it to reset rather than cure a night of insomnia.

It worked like a "charm" for me. I was on night 4 of a return trip from Europe and had woken up at 3:00 a.m. the prior 3 nights. I took 1 capsule an hour or so before bedtime and slept through the night. I have tried other Melatonin brands and they have been hit or miss. Love the flavored capsules which are a trademark of Ritual products.

Writing Amazon reviews when I should be sleeping. I first used these when I traveled from Japan to Hawaii to help get on a good sleep schedule. I sleep amazing in Hawaii every time I visit… must be something in the air. Been back home in the states for two weeks now and not back on track yet with these sadly.

Recommended by a doctor friend when I was first trying to stop taking prescription sleep meds. I have a specific diagnosed insomnia and this really does work. Now that said for someone without my condition this should be enough, but for me it’s not. It does help though and I use on a ridiculous and complicated rotation of struggling with sleep issues (I don’t feel it’s good or healthy to take melatonin daily perpetually). It is expensive, a large dose which can’t be changed, and other melatonin meds for most people will probably work just as well or better for much less. My husband took one while we were traveling with time zone chaos and said it’s the bazooka of melatonins. He hated it and woke up headachy all day.
