The item came with no instructions other than the diagram shown in the ad. Parts with no clue how to use/ attach them. Item seemed flimsy with plastic parts in places where pressure would be used

It is too small for a serious grinding. It looks more like a demo version. See pictures.

This is quite a versatile manual mincer that comes with a good range of attachments.Please note that no instructions are supplied with the machine but all attachments and components are shown in the Amazon listing and they are all easy to fit and remove.Attachments are supplied for standard mincing of meat etc, spice grinding, sausage stuffing and also a handy noodle maker.The unit clamps onto a table or similar and is straightforward to use and is easily dismantled for cleaning.Only slight niggle is that a few of the metal parts are quite roughly finished but a couple of minutes with a file can clear this up easily.For occasional kitchen use this is a good value manual machine if you are willing to put the time in keeping it clean.

I'm a bit disappointed with this manual mincer. I should have expected lower quality as the price is also low. The mincer has sharp places on its surface, visible especially from the inside. Before use, I'll try to scrub the metal buts sticking around the entrance of the mincer so I won't mix it with the food I mince.It's also feel a but too thin and not as heavy as I would expect. It comes either one metal sieve and 2 metal attachments, I don't even know how to use them and for what. Lack of images online makes me feel puzzled. The long nozzle, I know it's for sausage making.The white bit probably for pasta..My mum has proper mincer, much heavier, thicker, with more attachments and even an instruction which lacks from this Fuworance mincer. And it arrived just wrapped in bubble wrap, no box no bag. Just not the best first impression any way. Its cheap looking mincer after all.
