Does the outside of the oven get too hot to touch?

Yes when you have been cooking in it the Ooni gets up to 500c and should not be touched until fully cooled down, usually it takes about and hour or more for it to cool down to about 30-50c

Can you use pallets with the Karu instead of wood or charcoal?

Hi there! Ooni Karu has been designed to fire up with wood and charcoal using our newly designed burner grate. The existing Ooni Pellet Burner will physically fit the oven but this isn’t something we would recommend. I hope this helps!

What accessories comes with me

There are no accessories with the oven you will need a wooden peel and a metal peel put the pizza into and out of the oven. You will also need lump wood charcoal and suitable hardwood too reach the high temperature for cooking pizzas in 60 seconds.
