Follow up failed
The product is good but I received only one pack instead of three which I paid ,somewhere the mess up happened .the Amazon (regular and familiar )lady took the OTP and went away telling me contact customer service !!!!????

Product is of good quality and tastes good, ease of use and convenence, I use it for home purpose but few cups are damaged and yellowish while its delivered.This is not a first time but am regularly ordering and everytime few cups are damaged due to which the wafers are yellowish and not good to consume.this might be a packaging issue and should be addressed
