Panana Aokaidun Chainsaw 16 Inch Cordless Electric Chainsaw with 2 Battery and Charger Security Lock Quick Charge Handheld Small Chain Saw for Wood Cutting Tree Branch

I had to write this review because of the annoying negative reviews I have read on this product. If you are a lumber jack then clearly you would need a professional bit of kit and probably a petrol chain saw but if like me you have occasional needs to cut logs then this is great value. Petrol cutters are heavy for a start and this is really light. The logs I have been cutting are not small as you can see in the image yet this went through them well leaving a nice cut. I hate reviews because at times people expect too much, take no notice this is a great tool at a great price. The charging time is quite long because you have to charge one at a time but so what, this is for occasional use right! However I went through 25 cuts of this size log with no difficulty on one charge. It even came with decent gloves, safety glasses and two chains!

It's ok.. the chainsaw has not got the power of a petrol chainsaw, its happier cutting smaller bits of wood it could probably do with a smaller bar. It has two batteries and one slow charger, so makes recharging it frustrating slow. But for the price it's ok for me, nothing super impressive.

Terrible

After looking for a budget battery chainsaw I bought this and was very pleased with this item. I wanted a spare set of batteries because of the limited running time, and the only ones I could find to fit this saw was made by ONEVAN 3.0Ah 20V they come with a battery charger and are sold by Amazon @ £39.88. Altough the original ones are sold as 36V they advertised them as only 18V so the spare set did work well.

Remember what your buying it's cheap! I used mine to cut down 25ft tree and it did it on one charge. It's balanced well and is easy to operate. As soon as you let go of the trigger it stops. Over all its good. So why didn't I give it 5stars? Well it takes a little of adjustment to get the chain tension right.

Great

not really something i would buy again

The chainsaw was easy to assemble and use. Being battery operated it is environmentally friendly and quiet. It cuts quickly and efficiently through the recommended thicknesses of tree limbs The weight is perfect for my needs.
