I have had it for about 8 months now. It works perfectly! The water bowl attachment works perfectly. I had one problem when I changed the bottle and the bowl stopped working but it was air in the line and we fixed it in seconds! The water can be cold or hot but we like it room temperature so we only have used the switches on the back which control on off for cold and hot a few times! We love it and hope it lasts for a long time! It’s a little noisy when we use it but it’s not super loud or annoying!

*** update*** Received a new water cooler and upon opening and assembling the door to where the water bottle storage was broken. (See video). I’m just fed up with the issues we’ve had with this purchase . I purchased the water dispenser with the dog bowl. It’s been about 2 weeks that I’ve had this and already the dog bowl spout isn’t dispensing. I contacted the company and I now have to take it to FedEx and return it so they can send me a new one. What a pain.

I love the attached dog bowl option you just fill it with fresh cool water by pushing the cute paw print button on top of the water cooler. Easy to load 5 gallon bottles from bottom, simply slide in. Hot water is HOT Cold water is cold It does what it’s supposed to do! It’s also aesthetically better looking than other water coolers and it’s not loud at all

Pet bowl filler decided to stop working after 40 days

The whole reason we bought it was because it has the dog bowl water dispenser. It only works about 5% of the time. Every time you change out the waters it stops working.

I’ve had this product for a few weeks now and it’s working great. I opted for the model with the dog bowl which allows my dogs to always have fresh water. I haven’t used the cool setting I just keep it off so that way the machine doesn’t make any noise. Overall I’m really happy with this purchase and I would highly recommend.

LOVE this product! Doggos (and family) can have fresh water at the press of the button. Low profile with the bottle on the floor rather on top makes changing bottles a snap. Hot water on demand is also a favorite for cup of noodle needs.

CAUTION! Fill out your registration rigt away. You have 30 days to register to activate your 1 year warranty. I found this out because I didn’t register and the water for the pet dish broke on the 32nd day! That’s including shipping. It was less than 30 days from the time I was actually using the device. They will not take returns I guess for environmental reasons, they have no phone number and won’t reply to emails. Shame. I do like it otherwise and this could have been a much better review.
