Poor quality
It is a very poor quality... 1) Does not stick on the car door. Falls off every time I closed the door. Infact one piece got damaged and now I am not able to return it 2) Very difficult to align magnet 3) Poor design Don't buy this product.... Go for the original from the car manufacturer..

Magnetic strip missing
Magnetic plate or srip missing light not turning off when door closed

Check your vehicle before buying.
It has a magnet that is working as sensor. And to use it properly the light must be istalled as low and close to the bottom door panel. For Compass the flat portion is on a bit higher side so sensors not working. But if you are OK to operate manually then go for it.

Don't buy for Jeep Compass
This is not compatible for Jeep Compass. There is proper place to install on Jeep compass 2024 model. Do not buy. They don't have even return policy.
