I purchased this product and was very happy with it. Unfortunately, after three months it developed a fault. The customer service team particularly Hannah were excellent at resolving the problem and replace the item within a matter of days.Excellent resolution to the fault and really great communications throughout, many thanks, Hannah.

I purchased 2 of these just so I can use them for a long time. The product itself is good with the battery life staying longer than usual but I was always charging mine so not the best review on that. It is also easy to install. However, the rubber mount used to attach to the bike is too weak. Both rubbers have been destroyed easily and cut easily as I have to take it off when attaching equipments on my bike. I now have to headlights with no rubber to attach them too. They also don’t come with any replacements in the box and I can’t find a suitable one to buy which means I have to buy a new product to have access to the rubber itself. So disappointing and I haven’t even had it for a year yet.

I really like this bike light. Neat looking and fits well on my Brompton without impeding folding of the bike. USB charging, various light modes and good brightness. Seems well made and designed. Happy to recommend.

Fantastic little light that is very bright. I especially like the bottom light which reflects onto the road.Only issue (and this might be my bike) is that it struggles to stay straight and keeps rotating round the stem of the seat.

Amazing product, exactly what I was expected. Cusromer service is amazing when I bumped into some issue. I Had mine for 10 months and it suddenly stopped charging (could be a one-of defect). I've inquired regarding the issue and Hannah, the person who handled my inquiry was very helpful with resolving it, despite having problem with replacement delivery (which was not their fault). She remained present, supportive and patient throughout.All together im very happy with the product and exceedingly delighted to write this review for how my issue was handled by the support staff.

I bought this to be very visible on dark mornings riding pitch-black rural roads and am not disappointed.It has all kinds of clever features which I assume are working but since it is attached to the seat-post behind me I only get a clue when I stop.The battery seems to hold its charge well. The rubber fixing is good although a slightly longer one could have been helpful as this is at full stretch on a not especially large diameter seat-post and I suspect might be an issue on a different frame.

This little rocket is amazing. I especially like the red glow behind the bike's rear tire. More importantly, if you are riding in Oregon, you can see this light in California. No joke this is one of the best rear lights I have seen in some time. No I don't need a remote control or activation by app or any of that. I just want to be seen and not blind other riders or drivers. Plenty of lightning options, long run time, and while it is a little spendy, you get a light that's going to last longer than you.

Used this for the first time a few days ago and it worked well. However after my ride yesterday in heavy fog and a bit of rain it has completely stopped working. Can't say if it was weather related or something else. It's supposed to be water resistant and certainly should be useable in wet weather. What a waste of money.
