After having some issues with the first pairof boots, which resulted in them not owrking properly after a couple months, a second pair was shipped and they work fine. The boots are a little made to be worn loose, so don't tighten them too much or the connections can be compromised. The seller was very responsive and cordial. The boots work as advertised, but care is needed for long lasting use. The controls are easy to operate, and the 4 temperature settings are enough for what they are designed to do. I used the 3 and 4 setting most often. My feet did feel better after repeated use. A good option for those looking for some relief of foot discomfort.

Was recommended to get these red light therapy shoes for my feet after working all day and they are fantastic! These really help after a long day of work and after using these a few times all of the pain is gone. They are very affordable compared to other brands and work like a charm. They fit pretty easily but definitely recommend not trying to tighten them as much as possible. I felt if I had them a little loose it was most effective in helping. Quality product, great price, worth it!

This boot is comfortable and cozy. The symptoms of neuropathy in my feet did not improve over this time but then again neither did they intensify. All LEDs worked for 14 months and then LED strips started to fail until after another two months only half were lit. The strips seem delicate and cheaply integrated with the boot. It is not clear whether the therapy worked.

I am not an achy person, except at night—then my ankles ache and cause restless legs. This red light boot has made a world of difference and is now a part of my nightly bedtime routine. I finally have convinced my husband to use it on his arthritic ankle joint -- and guess what? He's not limping anymore!

The timer started showing 99 after I owned it for 6 weeks. Bought Jan 3, broken Feb 18. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days is the policy. Too bad as it worked well but not buying it again to have it break and would not recommend.

From when it arrived it cuts out when I try to put it on a setting above 3, and now it cuts out on anything above setting 2. I got very busy when I purchased it and now realise I had only a month return window. It is not very effective as I cannot put it on anything above a low setting. Very disappointing for the price, and for the fact it arrived faulty. Really regret not returning it immediately. Waste of a lot of money.
