Product Description kolorMATRIX Coatings has formulated Metallic Shimmer inks to be non-corroding and have excellent rub and wash resistance. The inks will cover light or dark fabrics with or without under-printing but offer no bleed resistance. Recommended Substrates Cotton, cotton blends, polyesters, and some nylon (generally open weave or mesh types) as well as other synthetics. 100%25 Nylon may printed with the use of 10%25 Adhesion Promoter. Test print before production. Specifications Curing: Gel or flash-cure: Approximately 230 Degrees F/110 Degrees C. Full cure: 320 Degrees F/160 Degrees C. Transfer Temperature: 350 Degrees F/177 Degrees C. Fusion tests should be made prior to any production run. Failure to cure properly causes poor wash fastness, inferior adhesion and increased dye migration. Squeegee: Use medium 70 durometer. Coverage: 3000 to 3500 sq/ft per gallon.
