It's a rubber type overlay that protects the keyboard from dust, spills and everyday wear. The material is thin so I dont have to apply more pressure to the keys when typing. It lays flat, does not shift or move, and can easily be removed and wiped off for occasional cleaning, which is also easy. I love the color, it looks nice, is durable, and the size is matched by your model number. I recommend to anyone for the office or home.

I was excited to get this cover and disappointed when I opened it. It was folded over multiple times and even though I was very gentle and careful, the color peeled off while trying to unfold it. I purchased a different one for my old laptop from a different company that was less than half the price and I loved it. I love the colors on this, but that is all I like about it at this point I am not happy with this product.

Super easy to install and easy to type with it. Very durable and well designed. Provides excellent protection. No issues with it moving around. Great value for the money.

I actually love love love this keyboard cover due to its quality. I purchased the black with white characters. It makes a HUGE difference to my typing speed. Before I was unable to see the light gray characters against the gray keyboard and my typing was slow. Now I can distinctly see each character at a distant. It also fits perfectly on my 17" laptop screen and does not shift while typing. The typing keys feel smooth against my fingers. I would definitely recommend this cover to any keyboard. You just have to make sure that you're buying one to fit you size keyboard. The price is also not bad. Very happy with this purchase.
