Pricey but gentle relief
Used to use fibre gel drinks and I hated them. These are maybe not as effective and they are quite pricey, however, to not have to taste anything and just have a capsule with a drink of water is fine by me. I haven't had any side effects and they do work.

Certainly does what it said on the package. I used one daily for 15 day which got me back to a good routine. Would recommend the low dose!
