Icelandic Language: The Icelandic Phrasebook

I'm very impressed with this book. It is really useful to those learning the language, helping them to absorb small useful chunks of the language with the Icelandic and English side by side, plus an approximation of the pronunciation in the third column. Carried around in my rucksack, it's easy to dip into for the odd 5 minutes.

I initially bought this book as a gift to let my partner know we were going on a trip to Iceland. Upon further reading, the book was rather interesting and will further enhance our trip. The book contains useful phrases, useful information on Iceland as well as what to do there. Highly recommended for someone who is planning to visit Iceland

Shame really we wanted an idea of some language to help but it’s a language you need to hear spoken as well as the visual
