Is this essentially the same as feeding them canned pumpkin puree from the grocery store?

The ingredients are pumpkin and water. I buy canned organic pumpkin and freeze 1-tablespoon sized scoops to have on hand. I defrost in the microwave and mix into the regular food.

Is this squash or pumpkin? Very yellow not orange

This product is made with pumpkins. Please know we do not use dyes in any of our products so there can be a natural variation in the color. As for the pumpkin we typically see white, yellow and orange. The product can be any combination of those colors.

This was $11 in August. Why is it now $20?!?

Great to Keep on Hand for My Dog

I like keeping these pumpkin pouches on hand for my dog. They’re convenient, easy to serve, and I like that the individual pouches make it simple to give him a small amount when needed without opening a large container. He eats it without a problem, and it’s an easy way to add pumpkin to his food. Definitely something I like having at home.

My dog likes this pumpkin puree, and the individual pouches are easy to use and store. They’re especially convenient for traveling. My only suggestion would be to make the pouches resealable, which would make an already good product even more practical.

Good for the health but not particularly appetizing

My dog is not crazy about these, but because she recently had to deal with impacted anal glands, I was recommended by the vet to incorporate pumpkin puree into her food. The ingredients are pure so I mix it in directly with her food. She does enjoy it that way. However I suggest changing the taste to make it more appetizing.
