Tasty and healthy what more could you ask for
I have been trying to improve my eating habits to no avail due to a hectic lifestyle that gives me no time to prep or cook food as I would like to, that is, until a few weeks ago a friend recommended GREEN SUPER FOODS as an easy solution to my problem. At first I was skeptical, but it took me only a few days to realize that maybe he was up to something, not only I feel much better, my energy has increased. To top it all the drink is very tasty, so it’s not only nutritious but easy to drink.

Soapy sweet taste
I've tried so many green powders over the years and I don't tend to be too picky about the taste. I kind of like that sort of earthy taste that most of them have however this one was particularly unpleasant. It's very sweet and has a soapy aftertaste. I didn't care for it at all. All of the ingredients are good and I'm sure if you mixed it in with other things you could mask the taste a bit but I tend to just like to mix mine in with water and this was pretty unpleasant.

Green Powder For Smoothie
I sometimes prepare smoothies as a full meal replacement. Real fruits and veggies have a lot of sugar which I tried to cut down so adding green powder helps to get those antioxidants and other vitamins my body needs. This “NUTRIHEALTH Green Superfoods | Fruits & Vegetables Supplements | Natural Energy Supplements | Vitamins & Minerals | Spinach, Spirulina, Beetroot, Mango, Wheatgrass, Green Tea | 100% Non-GMO (300g)” is one of those green powder available in the market.I mix this green powder with my protein powder in a blender with coconut water. It is easy to mix and blend with the rest of the ingredients. The smoothie it produces is delicious and yummy. Though it uses an artificial sweetener - I like that it uses an all-natural Stevia leaf. The only thing I do not like about this brand is that the online description of the ingredients (photo of the label) is not readable. I posted a photo of the label to help you out if you are on the fence regarding this powder. There is also no breakdown of how much carbohydrates, sugar, cholesterol, etc. each serving provides. If you make a smoothie, try adding this powder for a healthier meal.

Super-Duper Nutrition . . .
I'm a health-oriented individual and stick to a diet of natural, unprocessed foods. As such, I’m always interested in learning about and trying supplements that may provide a concentration of beneficial nutrients. And that is the case here with my review of the Green Super Foods dietary supplement, as it is described on the product label.A reading of the Supplement Facts provided on the rear of the plastic container lists an impressive variety of sourced nutrients, grouped into six categories: The Green Health Blend, the Energy Blend, the Detox Blend, the Alkalinity Blend, the Probiotic Blend complex and the Enzyme Blend. Each category has an impressive array of what are commonly believed to be nutrient rich and naturallypreventative medicinal qualities, that certainly create the inspiration to ingest it.The reader can read the entire list of ingredients that are displayed in a picture on the Amazon Point of Purchase page.In my case, I use it in a simple smoothie recipe: One scoop of the Green Super Foods powder, the recommended daily dose, 1-1/4 cups of unsweetened, unflavored Oat milk, half a banana and one cup of ice, mixed in a blender. The result is delicious, and green. The powder blends completely without any residual powdery-ness. The pineapple flavor is recognizable, but understated. Sugar is not included in my diet and I don’t like the taste of things that are over sweetened by any means. As the reader may have noted I did not add any sweetener to the above-mentioned smoothie recipe. As such, the Super Foods blend alone provided just the right amount of sweetness. The sweetness, according to the label, is derived naturally from the Stevia Leaf, but doesn’t have the strong Stevia flavor that can sometimes become overly predominant. The mixture contains no sugar, making it safe for my diabetic wife to consume. She also finds it to be delicious and neither of us have felt any stomach upset or other negative consequence when consuming this product.I’ve been drinking the smoothie on an empty stomach around midday or just before and if I’m not too active, it sustains me as a meal would. Detecting the subtle effects of nutritional supplements is, as far as I’m concerned, guess work at best, but I do feel the effects of an energy boast after consuming the smoothie. If any obvious benefits or negative impacts do become evident in the future, then I will update this review. In the meantime, I have no criticism of this product or the seller’s associated assertions.

Stevia
Aside from ingredient lists, the most important part of any kind of consumable health supplement is flavor. At least for me. If it tastes terrible I won't drink it. While this greens supplement doesn't taste terrible, I really can't get past the stevia sweetener. I think stevia is one of those sweeteners that a lot of people are okay with and some people absolutely hate. I'm in the latter category. Sometimes stevia is fine depending upon how it's used and how much is there. I think there's just too much in this blend. I am used to doing keto and I limit sweet and sugary things so a sweet drink tends to overwhelm me. I do like the list of ingredients and will probably try to mix this with something that will tone it down. It would be a shame to waste it otherwise.
